Hi, I’m Jeff Kerzman! My journey into real estate started after years in the hospitality industry, where I built my career around connecting with people and delivering top-notch service. Helping people achieve the dream of homeownership felt like a natural next step—and it’s turned into one of the most rewarding chapters of my life.

Since becoming a broker associate in 2020, I’ve had the honor of working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, vacation-home seekers, and everyone in between. I thrive on guiding my clients through each stage of the process with clear communication, expert advice, and a commitment to making their goals my top priority. My clients know me as someone who over-communicates in the best way possible—I never want them to feel left in the dark or surprised by anything along the way.

What sets me apart is my dedication to not just closing deals, but making the entire experience smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. I bring strong negotiation skills (I’m a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and trusted connections with lenders, inspectors, contractors, and movers to the table. I also offer unique resources, like access to a general contracting team for inspection resolution or pre-listing renovations—with no upfront cost to the seller.
